The school has been successful in being awarded the PLATINUM award. All Eco-Committee members and class representatives deserve recognition for their enthusiasm and commitment.

The school was awarded the first GREEN FLAG in April 2005 and since then we have gone from strength to strength in ensuring that environmental matters and sustainability are at the forefront of our policies and procedures.

Taking Care of OUR World

Keeping the footpath tide-ask the Council for help.

Continue with the good work of reducing, reusing and recycling.

Keep on reducing water, heat and energy.

Take care of the wormery, worms and the compost bins. Restart selling the Liquid Feed.

Develop the garden-plant an apple tree and improve the conditions for the mini beasts and birds.

Go to the Woodlands Park-make new bird feeders and houses.

Develop a good habit of buying Fairtrade products. Encouraging the community and local shops to sell Fairtrade products.

Work with our friends from Europe to look after our world with the project Greeny.
